Yes, that’s the picture of me. I’m the real person behind this page, and I’m one the Indonesian hibachi (teppanyaki) chefs in USA.

Yes, I’m one of those chefs who can cook meat, vegetables, and seafood dishes on the high-heat, metal plate (also known hibachi grill or teppanyaki).

I have been in Asian culinary business since 2005. No formal culinary academic background, only the experience speaks for itself.

I realize that I’ve been in this business for almost 2 decades, so it is time for me to go “all-in”.
